  • All orders are subject to stock.  While we try and keep our stock accurate, we do sell across multiple platforms, and sometimes do make mistakes.  Should your item be out of stock, we will reach out to you to determine the solution that best suites you.  This may be a substitution, a partial refund, a full refund, etc.

  • We try and ship out all orders within 2 business days.  There will be times that this will not be possible, since this is a single person operation, and sometimes we are traveling, or there may be factors outside of our control.  We will contact you should there be any delays.
  • If your order has a pre-order item, your full order will be held until the pre-order item(s) are ready to ship.

    Whats the difference between First Class, Media Mail and Priority Mail?

    These 3 services are provided for US orders.  First Class is for any product under one pound.  It usually takes 2-5 days.  Priority Mail is also for any product, but for any weight.  Usually Priority orders arrive in 1-3 days. Media Mail is slower more affordable option, but is only available for media materials.  This includes music, books, etc.  Media Mail tends to take 3-7 days to arrive.

    If you order a media item, and a shirt, you might find it cheaper to split your order and choose media mail for the media item, and first class for the shirt.

    Do you ship worldwide? How much to ship to...?

    We do offer worldwide shipping.  However, things are much slower than usual right now.  We cannot guarantee your product will arrive safely, or in a timely manner, but we will provide you tracking on your order.  We suggest you wait until things are better if you plan on ordering via USPS.  We have added a 2nd option of UPS for international orders.  These rates should be competitive, especially when getting larger sized orders.  Since this is a new service for us, we may need to request additional funds, or may refund you shipping depending on how these rates work out until we get this running smoothly.  All rates are based on weight, and sometimes box dimensions may affect those rates.

    What about customs?

    We cannot mark your items as "gift."  It will be marked as merchandise.  When possible, we will put the replacement value of the item, not the sale cost, to try and help with your customs fees.  We cannot be responsible for these import/customs fees.
